A proud Cornishman with deep Fijian roots, Sam leads with heart, humility, and the kind of presence that lifts everyone around him.
This season he helped drive Camborne RFC to a brilliant promotion to National League 1, showing exactly the belief and resilience that define Cornish rugby.
The captaincy was presented by Kevin Thomas, Chair of Representative Rugby and Selectors, who described Sam as “the perfect choice” to lead Cornwall forward.
