What Training Course is Right for Me

Course Booklet. Here you will find all the information required to ensure the course you
choose is correct for your needs. The CRFU will, on receipt of a successful completion
shown on your GMS profile, refund the full amount of any course up to the value of
£30.00, and 50% above that amount.
XV Aside Coaching Conference
Dear Coach,
Following county wide feedback and discussion with club coaching co-ordinators Cornwall RFU, are delighted to be partnering with Coach Centered Limited to deliver a XV Aside Coaching Conference as part of their on-going commitment to the growth and development of coaches across the County.
Set for Saturday 6th July, at Truro School Senior, Trennick Lane, Truro, Cornwall. TR1 1TH, coaches will access 3 high quality coaching sessions from guest coaches. Registration starts at 9.15am with the conference opening 9.45am through to 2pm.

Tea, coffee, and refreshments will be provided on arrival, with Ann’s pasties providing a pasty at 2pm.
We will be profiling our guest coaches in the coming weeks so get in early to secure a conference place and access the 70% discount, subsidised by Cornwall RFU.

Applicants must be aged 14 and over. Open to Referee Society and Club referees.

Coach Education Evening with Gavin Cattle & Alan Paver
Coach Education with ‘Gav & Paves’
The Cornish Pirates, in partnership with the Cornwall RFU, are running a
free Coach Education Evening at St. Austell RFC on Wednesday 1st
March. Open to all coaches, the event commences at 6pm.
Cornish Pirates’ joint head coaches Gavin Cattle and Alan Paver will be
passing on their knowledge for the benefit of others, with Alan kicking
the evening off by focusing on the defensive side of the game. This will
run from 6pm to 6.45pm, followed then by Gavin covering attacking
aspects from 6.45pm to 7.30pm.
